Prof. Aleksander Bursche and mgr Anna Zapolska, with assistance from Bogdan and Sławomir Kreczko, investigated the area to confirm the location of the Migration Period site. We identified the current owners of the land and obtained their permission to carry out a surface survey. We also took a number of logistic decisions.
