I work as assistant professor at the Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw (Department of Archaeology of Ancient Europe). My main area of interest is archaeology of the Pre-Roman, Roman and Migration Periods, particularly, weaponry, but also underwater archaeology, ancient shipwrecks and boatbuilding.
